HIGH TEMPERATURE PERFORMANCE 3D PRINTING WITH DESIGN FREEDOM
The Plural 3ntr Spectral 30 high temperature industrial 3D printer for additive manufacturing projects that require PEEK, Ultem, PEKK, and PEI related polymers.
PRINT HOT
with a high temperature extruder and chamber, the Spectral 30 can print all polymers on the market today and is ready for tomorrow:
- Nozzle: 500º C (932º F)
- Bed: 300º C (572º F)
- Chamber: 250º C (482º F)
- Dryers: 110º C (230º F)
PRINT DRY
with a low humidity storage chamber and cartridges that monitor and adjust to each spool of filament. The integrated Vento units dry and store filaments for smoother surface finishes and better layer adhesion.
PRINT MULTIPLE MATERIALS AT THE SAME TIME
with four extruders print combinations of materials such as:
- multi-color parts
- multi-material parts
- multiple parts in different materials per job

Spectral 30 provides the freedom and flexibility to build PEI polymer parts. The interior temperature reaches 250º C for high quality prints in a variety of materials. The liquid-cooled head means precise temperature control.

Easy and secure holding methods for 3D printing on reusable plates without noisy and resource consuming air compressors.
